Hi all! I'm sure you're all as tired as I am about hearing about the Coronavirus but I just wanted to let you know that Tayoga at Elevate and Sukha are cancelled until further noticed because of this nonsense. I will most certainly be back as soon as they are reopened. I will likely make a couple online classes so you can get your Tayoga fix. Stay tuned!
On a happy note, I got to hear Baby Tayoga's heartbeat this morning! He/she is doing great and I am feeling good.
