Sip Sip Hooray!

As promised, here are a couple pictures from my Ales and Asanas class this morning. It was a smashing success and I cannot wait to teach another one. I created a special playlist for this event (shocking, I know) and I decided to post it on my Patreon for free! Need a mixtape to kick back and drink a beer to? Head on over to patreon.tayoga.cc and check out Ales & Asanas by Tayoga. Cheers and Namas(tay).

TICKETS FOR TAYOGA'S BEER & PRETZELS EVENT

It's time for another Tayoga event! This one has been an idea of mine for quite some time. I have this dream that one day the hubby and I will own a brewery/yoga studio. Wouldn't that be amazing? Would you want to do yoga and drink beer in the same place? It sounds delightful to me! Speaking of yoga and beer...Tayoga's Beer & Pretzel event is coming your way next month. Below is the link to Evenbrite to purchase tickets. Space is limited so reserve your spot. Come drink, flow, bend, and have a good time. Plus, I won't send you home empty handed! Cheers and Namas(tay)! Click Here for Eventbrite Tickets

I also had to grind coriander with a mortar and pestle and stir for quite some time while we added the malt (and there was LOTS of malt)! I lucked out, though, since he bought a new stirring spoon - I hear the old one was quite irritating! After everything was
