I tried out something a little different - I know you're shocked! It may sound strange, but in this flow you will not have to get down on
your mat - all the poses are standing poses. On the day I made this, I
did not feel like getting down on the ground; thus, the "all standing"
idea was born. It was a nice change from the usual up and down flow
while still giving a good workout. Since it is all standing postures, it
has a good amount of balance involved. Before you begin the video, pick
out a couple of focal points in front of you and up toward the ceiling -
make sure these points don't move. This will help you to balance. Enjoy
