New Tayoga YouTube - Short Vinyasa Flow - Balance and Planks

New video is up! I came up with this flow when I was feeling really good so it was a challenge but it felt great. For all my YouTube videos I do the flows twice. The first time is when I come up with the flows on the spot; the second time I do the flow to the audio. Let's just say I was not feeling as good as I did the first time and this flow really kicked my butt! I still felt good at the end but it seemed like it took a long time to get there...and it was less than 50 minutes! I told you this little story because if you're having a good day this flow will add to the goodness. If you're not having your best day this flow will help make it better - it will kick your butt in the process - but your day with definitely improve. Basically, do the flow, feel good, end of story.
