I Didn't Make It!

Hi all! If you read my post last week, you'll remember that I asked if you thought I would make it to teach my last Friday yoga class before Baby Tayoga arrives. The answer: NOPE! I had to call in reinforcements (AKA Kaycie Hall) to teach my Friday morning class because active labor was in full swing by Friday afternoon. Luckily, active labor was "only" 11 hours long and Edison Andrew Huff was born at 12:56am on Saturday, September 5, 2020. He is a big boy weighing in at 8 pounds, 12 ounces, and 21 inches long. I am pleased to report that I was able to have him naturally; because of that, recovery is going smoothly. My hubby, Andrew, and my Doula, Vanessa, were my rocks throughout the whole thing. I could not have done it without them.

Mama, Daddy, and Baby are all doing well. We are all so happy. Edison truly is perfection.

I still plan to keep up on this blog and my Patreon page. I'll likely be sharing Baby Tayoga updates because he is such a big part of our lives now. I figure you won't mind!

Thank you all for your love and support!

Namas(tay).
